CLS Syllabus – Which Courses to Complete
Hi team! Thought it might be helpful to start looking at which courses on this platform will help with completion of the CLS materials. I’ve attached a document from OilDoc in Germany which is a pretty comprehensive summary of the syllabus. Base on this, I think that you could probably cover a lot of the syllabus in the following courses:
- Fundamentals of Lubrication – Fundamentals 1
- Fundamentals of Lubricants – Additives 1, Base Oils 1, Base Oils 2, Base Oils 3, Greases 1
- Bearings – Bearings 1
- Industrial Gearboxes – Gears 1
- Hydraulics – Hydraulics 1
- Turbines – Turbines 1
- Compressors – no courses yet
- Combustion engines – Engines 1, Engines 2, Engines 3
- Gearboxes for Transportation – no courses yet
- Production Fluids – no courses yet
- Special Applications – no courses yet
